Russians damage infrastructure facility and power grid in Mykolaiv Oblast with missile

Russian forces bombarded Mykolaiv Oblast with ballistic missiles four times on 31 January, damaging an infrastructure facility and the power grid.

Quote: "The enemy attacked the oblast with ballistic missiles four times on 31 January. They presumably used Iskander-M and S-300 missiles. The infrastructure facility and the power grid were damaged."

Details: Kim said that the attack left more than 400 households without electricity supply, and restoration work was ongoing.
