Most combat clashes take place on Avdiivka and Kherson fronts – General Staff report
Over the past day, 45 combat clashes were recorded at the front line, most of all on the Avdiivka and Kherson fronts.

Details: During the past day there were 45 clashes.
In total, the Russians launched 9 missile strikes and 84 airstrikes and carried out 50 attacks from multiple-launch missile systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements.
Over the past day, Russian forces once again attacked Ukraine, using 22 UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. Ukraine’s air defence downed 19 of these drones.
Among the settlements that suffered aerial attacks were Oleksandrivka, Vovchansk, Prykolotne, Chuhunivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka and Tabaivka in Kharkiv Oblast; Serebrianka Forest in Luhansk Oblast; Terny, Yampolivka, Spirne, New-York, Oleksandropil, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka and Staromaiorske in Donetsk Oblast; Novodarivka, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv and Piatykhatky in Zaporizhzhia Oblast; and Zmiivka in Kherson Oblast.
More than 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts came under artillery fire.
In the area of responsibility of the Pivnich (North) Operational Strategic Group on the Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, the Russians are maintaining a military presence in the border areas, conducting active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of Ukrainian troops to vulnerable areas and increasing the density of minefields along the state border in Belgorod Oblast.
In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia Operational Strategic Group on the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled three attacks near the settlements of Synkivka, Petropavlivka and Ivanivka, Kharkiv Oblast.
On the Lyman front, the invaders did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions.
On the Bakhmut front, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two Russian attacks near Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Klishchiivkaa, Donetsk Oblast.
In the area of responsibility of the Tavriia Operational Strategic Group on the Avdiivka front, the Ukrainian forces are continuing to restrain the Russians, who are not abandoning their attempts to encircle Avdiivka. During the past day, the defence forces repelled eight Russian attacks near Novobakhmutivka, Stepove and Avdiivka and 16 more attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske, Donetsk Oblast.
On the Marinka front, Ukraine’s forces continue to restrain the Russians near Marinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk Oblast, where nine attacks were repelled.
On the Shakhtarsk front, the Russians did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled five Russian attacks west of Verbove, Robotyne and south of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
In the area of responsibility of the Odesa Operational Strategic Group on the Kherson front, Ukrainian soldiers continue measures to expand their established bridgehead. Despite significant losses, the Russians did not abandon their attempts to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions. During the past day, they made 18 unsuccessful assault actions on the positions of the Ukrainian troops.
During the past day, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 19 clusters of Russian personnel and one anti-aircraft missile system.
Units from Rocket Forces and Artillery targeted four clusters of personnel, two command posts, an ammunition storage point, three artillery pieces, an air defence radar system and four air defence systems.
