The strikes hit an administrative building and a modular town. A 50-year-old man was taken to hospital. He was diagnosed with abdominal and liver injuries. Another resident, 43 years old, sustained injuries to his back and shoulder. He was provided with medical assistance on the spot.
Five people, including a 14-year-old teenager, suffered concussion and acute stress reactions."
More details: Prokudin emphasised that the people were saved by the shelter they had managed to get to before the Russian bombardment began.
