Russians attack Nikopol in the morning, injuring civilians

On the morning of 4 January, the Russians shelled the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, injuring two men.

Quote: "Two men were injured in this morning’s artillery shelling of Nikopol. Both have leg injuries. One of them is known to be in a serious condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance."
