Russians attack Sumy Oblast: almost 160 explosions over one day

During the past day, the Russians carried out 28 attacks on the border of Sumy Oblast.

Details: A total of 158 explosions were recorded. Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, and Svesa hromadas were attacked. [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

In Velyka Pysarivka hromada, a VOG rocket-propelled grenade was dropped from a UAV (4 explosions); mortar attacks (24 explosions) and cluster munition attacks (6 explosions) were reported.

In Bilopillia hromada, mortar attacks (45 explosions) were reported; FPV drone strikes (2 explosions), an attack from AGS automatic grenade launcher (29 explosions) and an attack from artillery were reported (9 explosions).

In Krasnopillia hromada, Russia attacked with mortars (nine explosions); an attack from SPG grenade launchers was reported (four explosions), an attack from artillery was also reported (five explosions) and a VOG rocket-propelled grenade was dropped from a UAV (two explosions). There was also a strike from an FPV drone (one explosion).

The Russians attacked Svesa hromada with artillery (two explosions).

Russia carried out mortar (11 explosions) and artillery attacks (5 explosions) on Yunakivka hromada.
