At least 21 people have been injured, and a woman is clinically dead as a result of a Russian missile attack on Kyiv on the morning of 23 January.

Quote: "At the moment, it is known that 18 people have been injured in Kyiv as a result of the Russian missile attack. A total of 13 people have been hospitalised, including three children. A thirteen-year-old boy and four adults received medical assistance on the spot. One woman was taken to the intensive care unit and is continuing to receive treatment. The injured woman is alive."

Details: The State Emergency Service reported that one person is in hospital, pronounced clinically dead, and 21 others have been injured as a result of the Russian attack on the capital.
As of 11:20 (Kyiv time), all fires in Kyiv have been extinguished.
