Russian forces shell Kupiansk, killing a civilian and injuring another one – photo

Russian occupation forces shelled the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on Monday, 22 January, killing one civilian and injuring another one.

Quote: "The occupiers have once again shelled Kupiansk.

Sadly, one person was killed; their personal details are yet to be confirmed. As of now, we also know that a 66-year-old man sustained injuries."

Details: Syniahubov said that Russian shelling caused a civilian car to explode, and damaged an apartment building and a shop.
