Fraudsters send Ukrainians messages on evacuation with suspicious links

Ukrainians have started receiving fake messages on their mobile phones, supposedly from the State Emergency Service, containing an evacuation plan and suspicious links.

Hereby, we officially inform everyone that this is the work of fraudsters! The  State Emergency Service did not send these messages, and it is extremely dangerous to click on the links!"
