Ukraine's Armed Forces kill 830 Russians and destroy 21 artillery systems in a day

Russia continues to suffer losses in its war of aggression against Ukraine. The Defence Forces killed 830 Russians and destroyed 23 armoured combat vehicles, 21 artillery systems and 11 tanks in the past day alone.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 22 January 2024 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 376,860 (+830) military personnel;
• 6,192 (+11) tanks;
• 11,489 (+23) armoured combat vehicles;
• 8,896 (+21) artillery systems;
• 968 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 657 (+2) air defence systems;
• 331 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
• 324 (+0) helicopters;
• 6,961 (+25) tactical UAVs;
• 1,819 (+1) cruise missiles;
• 23 (+0) ships and boats;
• 1 (+0) submarines;
• 11,891 (+29) vehicles and tankers;
• 1,397 (+5) special vehicles and other equipment.
