Netblocks stressed that this incident was the most severe conflict-related outage to impact Kyiv in recent months.
According to the infographics published by the service, internet availability dropped to 80% of its normal level.
Background:
On 2 January, a Russian missile attack damaged the power grids of Ukrenergo and local power companies in Kyiv and the oblast, leaving more than 250,000 consumers without electricity.
