Quote: "For nearly three weeks, residents of several settlements near Dovzhanske have been waiting for power supply to be restored. Tens of thousands of people have had to wait for repair crews for one or two weeks due to the [Russians’] inability to ensure the smooth work of the energy infrastructure in the so-called ‘lpr’ [the illegal and Russian-controlled Luhansk People’s Republic – ed.] after recent extreme weather events.
Power supply was restored to most [residents], but only until the next time. However, several settlements still have no power."
Details: Luhansk Oblast Military Administration also reported that Russian forces opened fire near Nevske and Bilohorivka and attempted to assault Makiivka several times but were stopped by Ukrainian defence forces. Russian forces also deployed aircraft in the vicinity of the Serebrianka Forest.
