France to send six Caesar self-propelled howitzers in coming weeks

France will supply Ukraine with six Caesar self-propelled howitzers in the coming weeks.

Sébastien Lecornu also announced that France would deliver 6 Caesars in the coming weeks and is capable of producing 72 additional ones in 2024 for Ukraine."

Details: Umierov said the artillery coalition is focused on solving the ammunition shortage problem.

Background:

• France will be able to supply the Ukrainian army with 78 Caesar self-propelled howitzers by early next year, according to Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu.
