Quote: "The enemy has resumed attacks! The Russian army is attacking Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Dnipro River. Explosions have been heard in the central part of the city."
Details: Mrochko called on local residents not to be outside and take shelters.
Update: Later, Mrochko reported that the operation of the local boiler house in the Korabel district has been stopped, and gas supply to the area has been discontinued due to the Russian attack.
As of 15:30, 56 residential buildings have been left without heating, and 8,800 apartments have no gas supply.
Reportedly, power engineers from Khersongaz and Khersonoblenergo [the gas and electricity distributors of Kherson Oblast – ed.] are assessing the extent of the damage to estimate the repair time.
