Romanian farmers stop blocking lorries at checkpoint on Ukrainian border

Romanian farmers have stopped blocking the movement of lorries through the Siret checkpoint, located opposite the Ukrainian checkpoint in Porubne.

Lorries and cars, passenger buses and pedestrians are allowed to pass through under the established procedure."

Background: Earlier on Saturday, Ukraine's State Border Service reported that farmers in Romania blocked the movement of lorries through the Siret checkpoint, located opposite the Ukrainian checkpoint in Porubne.
