Prosecutor General's Office to take proactive measures following Ukrainska Pravda investigation into celebration
The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine is to conduct preventive work following an investigation by Ukrainska Pravda into a celebration of Prosecutors' Day to prevent similar cases happening during the December and January holidays.

I am requesting that additional preventive work be carried out among subordinate employees to prevent similar cases during weekends and holidays in December 2023 and January 2024."
Details: In particular, it was instructed to bring to the attention of each employee the inadmissibility of driving vehicles while intoxicated or refusing to be examined for such a condition at the request of an authorised person.
Disciplinary complaints will be filed against prosecutors in the event that violations of the rules of prosecutorial ethics are recorded.
