Quote: "From the first days of the [full-scale – ed.] war, 24 February 2022, the Verkhovna Rada decided to work in a single plenary session. This means that MPs have no holidays and no time off.
There are constitutional norms that require us to close and open a regular session on the first Tuesday of September and the first Tuesday of February, and we do so. And there are no holidays, breaks or time off in the work of the Verkhovna Rada until the legal regime of martial law is terminated."
