Militants have attacked a US military base in Syria with 15 rockets.

Details: CENTCOM reported that the militants fired 15 122mm rockets from Iraq at the US military base Rumalyn Landing Zone in Syria on 3 December.

The US military says there were no casualties or damage to equipment.

Quote: "Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve located the point of origin with uncrewed ISR assets and passed the location to Iraqi Security Forces who moved to and investigated the site. 

A fuel truck modified to launch up to 20 rockets was located at the site."
