Russians attack Kropyvnytskyi district, damaging power lines

Power lines and an outbuilding were damaged in the Kropyvnytskyi district of the Kirovohrad Oblast where explosions rang out during an air raid warning.

Background: An air-raid warning has been issued throughout Ukraine due to MiG-31 fighter jets taking off. After 13:30, during an air raid warning, explosions sounded in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. Raikovych said that the air defence was responding.
