Russian forces kill Kostiantynivka resident and injure 2 civilians in Donetsk Oblast

One civilian was killed and two were injured in Russian attacks on Avdiivka and Kostiantynivka (Donetsk Oblast) on Sunday, 3 December.

Quote: "The Russian army shelled the city of Avdiivka on 3 December 2023. A 64-year-old resident of Avdiivka sustained a penetrating wound. He was outside of his house, which is located not far from where the hostilities are taking place, when the attack happened.

The village of Kostiantynivka in the Pokrovsk district also came under Russian attack. A 70-year-old woman sustained shrapnel wounds; another 69-year-old woman from the village died on the spot from the wounds she sustained. Both were outside when the attack occurred."

Details: The Prosecutor’s Office explained that the Russian Federation likely deployed tubed artillery to attack Avdiivka and Kostiantynivka. Private houses were damaged in the shelling.
