Russia loses up to 1,000 soldiers and dozens of vehicles over past 24 hours

Ukrainian defenders have killed 930 more Russian soldiers and destroyed 11 armoured vehicles and 8 artillery systems on 2 December.

Details: The total combat losses of Russian troops between 24 February 2022 and 3 December 2023 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 332,040 (+930) military personnel;
• 5,575 (+4) tanks;
• 10,396 (+11) armoured combat vehicles;
• 7,949 (+8) artillery systems;
• 913 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 602 (+0) air defence systems;
• 323 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
• 324 (+0) helicopters;
• 5,995 (+1) tactical UAVs;
• 1,569 (+1) cruise missiles;
• 22 (+0) ships and boats;
• 1 (+0) submarines;
• 10,432 (+22) vehicles and tankers;
• 1,140 (+2) special vehicles and other equipment.
