Authorities post photos of burning high-rise building in Odesa after Russian attack – photo, video

Odesa Oblast Military Administration has released photos showing the aftermath of a large-scale Russian attack on the morning of 29 December.

Details: Kiper reported that the State Emergency Service had rescued 23 people from a 17-storey residential building.
