Russian attack on Dnipro results in casualties among civilians

People have been killed and injured in Dnipro as a result of a Russian attack.

Quote from Filatov: "People have been injured and killed. All local services are fully alert and working together with the State Emergency Service under the leadership of the Military Administration." 

Details: He added that there will be no details until statements were made by the oblast’s head, Serhii Lysak.

"We are staying calm and maintaining information hygiene," Filatov concluded.
