Russia confirms that Ukraine destroyed Novocherkassk ship in Feodosiia
The Ministry of Defence of Russia has confirmed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit the large landing ship Novocherkassk in occupied Feodosiia (Crimea) with missiles fired from Su-24 aircraft on the night of 25-26 December.

Details: The Russian Defence Ministry reported that the large landing ship Novocherkassk was damaged in Feodosiia last night "during the repelling of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine using air-guided missiles."
The Russian ministry claims that "two Ukrainian Su-24s that were launching missiles were destroyed by air defence during anti-aircraft combat."
For his part, Russian-appointed sham "governor" of occupied Crimea Aksyonov said that one person had been killed and two injured as a result of the attack on Feodosiia.
He said that six buildings had been damaged – mostly windows were shattered.
Quote from Aksyonov: "Six people were evacuated to temporary accommodation points, the rest of the residents were accommodated with relatives and friends. Transport infrastructure is working normally, there are no restrictions on passenger traffic," Aksyonov assured.
Overnight, Aksyonov reported an attack in the area of Feodosiia, an explosion and a fire. He announced that residents of several buildings would be relocated.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Ukrainian tactical aircraft had attacked the Novocherkassk, a large landing ship from the Russian Black Sea Fleet, in the area of Feodosiia with cruise missiles at around 02:30 on 26 December.
