Details: At 19:17, Ukraine’s Air Force warned of a missile moving in the direction of Kropyvnytskyi.

Soon after, Suspilne reported that explosions were heard in Kropyvnytskyi.

An air-raid warning was in effect in Kirovohrad Oblast.
