Ukraine recovers bodies of 66 more fallen defenders

The bodies of 66 Ukrainian defenders were brought back to the Ukrainian government-controlled territory on 22 December.

Details: The report indicated that the operation was carried out by the headquarters officers jointly with the Joint Centre at the Security Service of Ukraine, the Interior Ministry (Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons under Special Circumstances), the Ukrainian Armed Forces (Civil-Military Cooperation Department), the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Sumy Oblast, and other offices within Ukraine's security and defence sector.

Background: On 29 August, Ukraine recovered the bodies of 84 fallen defenders.
