Quote from Brian Nelson, Under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence: "Iran’s illicit production and proliferation of its deadly UAVs to its terrorist proxies in the Middle East and to Russia continues to exacerbate tensions and prolong conflicts, undermining stability."

Background: The official journal of the EU published a list of individuals and legal entities  on 18 December subject to sanctions under  the recently approved 12th sanctions package.
