Missile attack threat issued in Ukraine for second time in a night

The threat of a ballistic weapons attack was issued twice in Ukraine on the night of 19-20 December 2023.

Quote: "There is the threat of a ballistic weapons attack in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts!"

Details: The all-clear was given at 01:22.

However, the same air-raid warning was issued in Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts at 04:05.

Kirovohrad Oblast was added to the list at 04:13.

The all-clear was given at 04:38.
