I'm sure US will not let us down – Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has spoken about his trip to the US, saying he is convinced that the US will continue supplying Ukraine with aid.

Quote: "On financial aid – we are working very hard. I am sure that the US won’t let us down and will fully live up to what we’ve agreed on…
We are expecting this aid, and they know the details: what we need it for, what impact it will have, and what effect the postponing of some deadlines could have.
I think I came to an understanding with the President [Biden – ed.] and the senators – we met with both parties. We will discuss the deadlines."
Details: Zelenskyy stressed that it is not correct to speak of Ukraine’s defeat, since in the course of 2023, Russia has not achieved any of its goals.
Quote: "As regards the battlefield… Russia did not achieve a single result this year. I’m talking about 2023. Not even one of its goals… The defeat [of Ukraine] is out of the question.
Russia has not achieved victory in two years, let alone three days."
More details: Zelenskyy added that he trusted Ukraine’s Western partners.
Quote: "I am grateful for the new relationships with the European countries which respect us greatly and are proud of our people. We have built special personal relations with them.
I trust our partners."
