Ukraine's Security Service explains recent "visits" to Kyiv restaurants together with enlistment and migration officers

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has said that they are carrying out counter-sabotage security measures in Kyiv along with departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Migration Service.

Quote: "As part of an inspection of public institutions which is taking place for the third day in a row, persons potentially involved in illegal activities are being checked.

At the same time, enlistment office representatives are checking Ukrainian citizens who are liable for military service and may be in breach of the rules on military registration."

Details: Social media has recently been flooded with posts from people who have witnessed the security services and enlistment officers visiting Kyiv restaurants.

One video posted on Telegram from a restaurant called Veranda showed law enforcement officers interacting with customers.
