Argentina may provide Ukraine with two Russian helicopters

Argentina is considering the possibility of donating two Mi-171E helicopters purchased in Russia to Ukraine.

Details: According to Pucara Defensa, the relevant agreements were reached during the visit of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Buenos Aires on 10 December.

Quote: "Negotiations are currently underway on the terms of compensation to the Argentinian side for the transfer of helicopters to Ukraine."

Details: According to sources of Pucara Defensa, the United States proposed to include the residual cost of helicopters in the recalculation of the first payments for Argentine’s purchase of F-16 fighters from Denmark.

Helicopters are now out of service.
