As of now, an air-raid warning has been issued in the city, so the protesters have dispersed.

Later, Klitschko said that the city council would additionally allocate up to UAH 600 million (about US$16 million) for the Armed Forces.

Quote from Klitschko: "Today (14 December – ed.), the Kyiv City Council will adopt amendments to the city budget of 2023, where, within the framework of the planned budget funds (let me remind you, almost UAH 7 billion (about US$185 million) for this year), we will allocate about UAH 600 million (about US$16 million) more to support our defenders in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
