Ukraine's Air Force downs 41 out of 42 attack drones

The Russians launched 42 Shahed attack drones over Ukraine, 41 of which were downed, on the evening of 13 December and the night of 13-14 December.

Quote: "Last night, the defenders of the skies managed to down 41 out of 42 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. The vast majority [were destroyed] in Odesa Oblast.

Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and other components of Ukraine's Defence Forces were involved in repelling the air attack."

Details: The Air Force reported that the Russian occupiers first launched Shahed drones at 19:00 on 13 December. Launches were carried out in waves from three directions: Balaklava, Chauda (Crimea) and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia).

Their main target was Odesa Oblast.

In addition, around midnight, the Russians fired six S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast toward Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts.
