Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has insisted that NATO countries are showing no signs of fatigue from the Russian war against Ukraine.

Quote: "I heard a clear 'no' to any reference to fatigue, and I heard [a] clear 'yes' to increased support to Ukraine," Kuleba said after a meeting with NATO counterparts in Brussels.

Details: He added that some allies had made new support offers, but he refused to reveal details.

"They understand that in order for them to feel safe, in order for them not to end up in a situation where NATO’s soldiers will have to fight, Ukraine has to win in this war," the Foreign Minister noted.

He emphasised that the Russian President Vladimir Putin is wrong if he is going to keep on with the war he started at least until the 2024 US presidential elections.

Kuleba pointed out that Putin is always waiting for something.

"He always waits for elections in another country to take place and for the new government and new leadership to change the attitude, and President Putin always failed, consistently failed, in his expectations," he said.

Kuleba noted there may be disagreements among Western allies about ways to contain Russia, but the understanding that Russia poses a threat "is consensual, and I don't see that changing".

Background: Earlier, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that NATO members remain determined to continue supporting Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.

Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said earlier that he saw no sign of "war fatigue" among European countries and is confident that assistance for Ukraine will keep coming.

Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General, also expressed confidence that the Allies will continue to provide Ukraine with significant amounts of military aid.
