Air raid alert in Ukraine's north due to UAV threat
Russian forces launched Shahed attack drones from the north on the morning of 1 December.

Details: At 06:15, an air-raid warning was also issued in Kyiv Oblast.
Updated: At 07:23, the all-clear on the threat was sounded in Sumy and Poltava Oblasts, at 07:29 - in Chernihiv Oblast, and at 07:50 - in Kyiv Oblast.
Background: The Russian forces based in occupied Crimea launched the Shahed attack drones in the direction of mainland Ukraine on 30 November. An air-raid warning lasted about six hours.
In addition, the Air Force announced an air-raid warning in Ukraine’s south and east due to the activity of Russian tactical aircraft on the night of 30 November-1 December.
