Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported that the Russians bombarded the village of Rai-Oleksandrivka in Kramatorsk district on 8 November. They hit a private house, killing the 62-year-old owner.
The Russians also attacked the town of Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut district, supposedly using Grad multiple-launch rocket systems. A 51-year-old man, who was in his garage at the time of the attack, was taken to hospital with a broken arm and concussion.
The village of Pivnichne near Toretsk also came under Russian fire. A 59-year-old woman was killed in her own garden.
Two people were injured as a result of Russian attacks in Kherson Oblast.
The Russians carried out 85 attacks, launching 332 mortar bombs and deploying artillery, Grad systems, tanks, drones and aircraft. Russian troops shelled residential areas in Kherson Oblast; a mobile phone tower and an Invincibility Centre in the Beryslav district [an Invincibility Centre is a public heated place, stocked with food and power banks and with Internet access; such points appeared in Ukraine soon after the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022 to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.].
