Russians attack Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast, injuring people receiving humanitarian aid
Russian troops attacked the city of Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast, with mortars: three citizens who were waiting for humanitarian aid were injured.

Details: The law enforcement said that three civilians who came to the administration building to receive humanitarian aid were injured by the impact of the weapons.
An 86-year-old woman and two men aged 63 and 34 were taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds. The latter is in severe condition.
The explosions damaged multi-storey residential buildings.
