Russians target Nikopol with artillery, wound one civilian
Russian forces targeted the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast seven times during the day of 3 November, wounding a 51-year-old man.

Details: The injured man was hospitalised in a state of moderate severity.
In addition, 13 garages and 6 cars were damaged. Eight private houses, six outbuildings, and power lines were mangled. A utility company was damaged as well.
