Background:
On the evening of 21 October, a Russian missile hit a depot belonging to the Nova Poshta delivery company in Kharkiv Oblast, injuring 14 people and killing seven others.
Preliminary information indicated that the attack was carried out by two S-300 missiles fired from the territory of Russia's Belgorod Oblast.
