One dead and several injured in Russian strike on apartment building in Nikopol

Russian forces fired artillery at a five-storey apartment building in the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on the morning of 28 November, killing one man and injuring two women.

Quote: "The occupiers attacked Nikopol. An artillery shell hit a five-storey building. A 63-year-old man died. Two women aged 65 and 63 were injured."

Details: Lysak added that there may be people trapped under the rubble.
