Ukrainian Special Forces destroy Russian Akatsiya artillery system

The Ukrainian Defence Forces have destroyed a Russian 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled artillery system that the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SOF) discovered on the southern front.

Details: Operators of the SOF's 73rd Naval Centre in the southern operational area discovered and identified a camouflaged Russian 2C3 Acacia self-propelled artillery system.

The special forces promptly passed the coordinates to one of the Ukrainian Defence Forces’ artillery units and guided their fire.
A precise hit destroyed the Russian vehicle to the ground.
The operation's time frame was not mentioned. The Defence Forces usually make sensitive information public with a significant delay.
