Ukraine's Air Force predicts Russia will use drones much more often than missiles in winter

Yurii Ihnat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, believes that Russia will focus on the use of drones for attacking Ukraine in the winter period, although it will not give up missile strikes, either.

Details: Asked whether there will be massive launches similar to last year's, when in one night Russia launched a hundred projectiles, in particular cruise and ballistic missiles, and what to prepare for in general, Ihnat answered:

In my opinion, Russia will now use drones many times more than missiles.

We are talking about Shahed drones, as well as FPV drones and Lancets on the front line.

Of course, they (the Russians) are stockpiling missiles, the intelligence reports this on a regular basis. I think [missile attacks] will happen, but in what quantity?...".

Why it is important: The spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force repeatedly emphasised the treachery of the Russians and the impossibility of clearly predicting its actions. The Russian Federation continues to produce both missiles and drones.
