Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, who is currently visiting Ukraine, stayed in a shelter on the night of 24-25 November as Kyiv was subjected to a massive Russian drone attack.

- Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs arrived in Ukraine on a surprise visit on 24 November.
- Rinkēvičs said he had visited several facilities in Chernihiv Oblast that have been rebuilt with the help of Latvian funds, as well as meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and discussing bilateral relations and support from the EU and NATO.
