Quote: "The year is drawing to a close, and as planned, we are ready to present a traditional commemorative coin in the style of the 12-year Eastern calendar featuring the symbol of the next year – the Dragon. However, it is a somewhat unusual one – with a dedication to the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
