Putin arrives in Belarus for CSTO summit

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has arrived in Minsk for a session of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) and met with self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Details: Belta reports that the meeting is to be focused on "topical issues of international and regional security".
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also arrived in Minsk. Earlier, it was reported that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan would not attend the summit.
