Russia stockpiles weapons to inflict damage in winter

National Security and Defence Council Secretary Oleksii Danilov has said that Russia is stockpiling weapons to strike at Ukraine's energy infrastructure when the winter temperatures drop. However, he stated that the government and energy companies are doing everything possible to prepare.

Quote: "The enemy has recently reduced the number of attacks on critical infrastructure in the energy sector. They are now piling up weapons to harm us when the winter temperatures come.

We will definitely get through this. This winter will not be easy because it is a winter of war. Everything that can be done is being done by the state and the companies that are responsible for it."
