Israel hits refugee camp in Gaza for second time
The second Israeli airstrike in two days on the Jabalia refugee camp in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday has killed at least 80 people.
Details: Dr Atef Al Kahlout, the director of an Indonesian hospital in the Gaza Strip, said on Wednesday that at least 80 bodies were brought to the hospital after the strike. Others are being pulled out from the rubble.
He said that most of the victims were women and children, and hundreds more were injured.
Israeli forces confirmed the strike and said they had killed another Hamas commander on Wednesday in a second strike on the Jabalia refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli military said its fighter jets had struck the Hamas command and control post in Jabalia based on accurate intelligence, killing the head of the Islamist group's anti-tank missile unit, Muhammad A'sar.
