Russians attack Sumy Oblast, killing one man

A local resident of the town of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Oblast was killed in a mortar attack on Sunday.

Quote: "On 19 November 2023, at about 18:30, the enemy, according to early reports, fired a mortar at civilian infrastructure in the town of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Oblast, resorting to methods of warfare prohibited by international law.

A 51-year-old man was killed in the occupiers' attack on the territory of his own household."
