Quote: "Many boiler plants in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region still do not have coal reserves for the winter."
Details: The resistance points out that there is a reason for this, as coal prices in the temporarily occupied territories have tripled compared to last year, and the occupying administrations are still in no hurry to allocate additional funds to cover the heating season.
"Firewood prices have also increased significantly, preventing private home residents from preparing for the winter."
Background: The NRC has previously reported that the Russian occupying administrations are unable to start the heating season in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
