Ukrainian air defence responds to Russian drones in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, threat also reported in Ternopil Oblast
Explosions rocked the Khmelnytskyi district of Khmelnytskyi Oblast on the morning of 16 November, with Ukrainian air defence systems responding to a Russian attack.

Quote from Tiurin: "Residents of Khmelnytskyi district could hear explosions. Air defence forces are responding [to a Russian attack]. Stay in shelters until the all-clear is given."
Details: Suspilne reported explosions in Khmelnytskyi Oblast at 07:39, and explosions rocked the oblast again at 08:04.
The Air Force urged residents of the town of Starokostiantyniv to stay in shelters and stressed later that there was still the threat of Russian drone attacks.
Ternopil Oblast also reported a threat of a Russian drone attack at 08:50.
Update: The air-raid warning for Ternopil Oblast was in place for 18 minutes.
At 09:21, the all-clear was also given in Khmelnytskyi Oblast; the warning was in place for 2 hours and 43 minutes there.
