Russia claims attacks allegedly from Ukrainian side and downing of 5 drones
Kursk Oblast Governor Roman Starovoyt has claimed that Ukraine had attacked the oblast and that there was no electricity in some settlements. The Russian Defence Ministry has said five drones were downed.

Quote from Starovoyt: "Sudzhansky District was attacked with missiles from the Ukrainian side. Strikes were recorded near the village of Martynovka."
Details: The governor noted that "door-to-door visits are being conducted in order to ascertain information about the destruction".
He also added that there is no electricity supply in Martynovka and the neighbouring villages of Cherkasskoe Porechnoe and Lokny.
Later, the Russian Defence Ministry reported that "two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been destroyed over Bryansk Oblast by air defence and three more drones intercepted over the Black Sea near the coast in Crimea overnight".
